The villa
On the way between Toulon and Hyères,
the villa “Cap Garonne” is located on the cliff of Carqueiranne in the Puy de Gavaresse, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea by 90 m high.
This is a very special place for the lovers of quiet and great landscapes, the villa of 220 m² faces South / South-East offering you a splendid lookout on the “pointe des chevaliers” of the peninsula of Giens and the islands around: Porquerolles and Port-Cros, when the sun is setting.
The villa and the outbuilding will give you a great comfort, being suitable for 10 persons.The housekeeping is done everyday and the household linen is furnished.

Fruit wall Mediterranean style gardens face North, West and South.
Easy and rapid access through the Pradet to the beaches and harbours of the Garonnes and the Oursinnières, and through Carqueraine to the harbour of the Sablettes and beaches in breaks which go all along the coast toward the bay of Almanarre and Hyères.
At the bottom of the cliffs, many natural beaches made in flat rocks face South.
